The Common Structural Rules (harmonized) software supports the following Common Structural Rule versions:

• January 2019, effective from 01 July 2019

• January 2020, effective from 01 July 2020

• January 2021, effective from 01 July 2021

• January 2022, effective from 01 July 2022

• January 2023, effective from 01 July 2023

• January 2024, effective from 01 July 2024




This software supersedes the Common Structural Rules for Bulk Carriers and Oil Tankers, July 2012.

CSR Prescriptive Analysis software assesses ship structures for compliance based on the IACS January 2015, January 2017, January 2018, January 2019, January 2020, January 2021, January 2022 and January 2023 versions of the Common Structural Rules for Bulk Carriers and Oil Tankers. The January 2015 Rules came into force on 1st July 2015, the January 2017 Rules are effective from 1st July 2017, the January 2018 Rules are effective from 1st July 2018, the January 2019 Rules are effective from 1st July 2019, the January 2020 Rules will be effective from 1st July 2020, the January 2021 Rules will be effective from 1st July 2021, the January 2022 Rules will be effective from 1st July 2022, the January 2023 Rules will be effective from 1st July 2023, and January 2024 Rules will be effective from 1st July 2024.

This software supersedes the CSR Stage 1 product for ships designed to comply with these new Rules.

CSR FE Analysis software uses finite element analysis to perform direct strength and fatigue assessment of ship structures for compliance based on the IACS January 2015, January 2017, January 2018, January 2019, January 2020, January 2021, January 2022 and January 2023 versions of the Common Structural Rules for Bulk Carriers and Oil Tankers. The January 2015 Rules came into force on 1st July 2015, the January 2017 Rules are effective from 1st July 2017, the January 2018 Rules are effective from 1st July 2018, the January 2019 Rules will be effective from 1st July 2019, the January 2020 Rules will be effective from 1st July 2020, the January 2021 Rules will be effective from 1st July 2021, the January 2022 Rules will be effective from 1st July 2022, and the January 2023 Rules will be effective from 1st July 2023.

This software supersedes the CSR BulkCheck and TankCheck Stage 2 software for ships designed to comply with these new Rules.
